I found some tasty recipes for my favourite ingredients like cauliflower, cous cous and tuna; plus the red onion & blue cheese tart or the gooey chocolate slice recipes are to die for. Where some cookbooks can be overly complicated, I found Marcus Wearing’’s recipes are simple and easy home cooking but still look impressive on the plate. It’’s my new dinner party bible.’ |
